I am unused to the kind of project proposal layout you did, but that's probably just because I'm in the archives stream. I generally agree with your statements, but would like to add that while incorrect data is often corrected quickly in Wikipedia, entries regarding contested data may continue to dispense misinformation for some time; even a million people can't always be right. Still, nicely done!
